Dr. Adam R. Krantweiss is a New York State licensed clinical psychologist who has been providing psychological services for over 15 years. Dr. Krantweiss has experience in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, research, teaching, and supervision of students.
Since 2006, Dr. Krantweiss has supervised an assessment group at Binghamton University’s Psychological Clinic where graduate students conduct psychological evaluations. In 2019, Dr. Krantweiss and his students published an article in the peer-reviewed journal, Professional Psychology: Research and Practice, addressing some of the challenges of ADHD assessment.
Dr. Krantweiss has worked with Broome County’s Department of Social Services conducting assessments to determine psychological and intellectual disability, and he has also conducted court-ordered psychological assessments in the Finger Lakes Region and Southern Tier. Dr. Krantweiss conducts evaluations to assess United States Veterans. He has taught many undergraduate-level courses at Binghamton University, including courses on psychological testing. Dr. Krantweiss has been a psychotherapist in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
